Change my facebook name after the fb limit reach ?

How can i change my facebook name after the fb limit reach..... ?

Open Account setting then Click on Edit. Then you see "You can not change your name right now bcoz you already change your it too many times" after this statement you see LEARN MORE option. Click there then open new window. When new windows open then you see like this Image click there where I mark. Then put your name and waiting few hours.
