How to Make a BackTrack Boot Disk

                   

Things You'll Need

• Blank DVD
• Computer
• DVD burner
• ISO software
• Internet connection

Instructions

1. Download the ISO

   • 1
     Visit the backtrack site at http://www.backtrack-linux.org/
   • 2
     Click Downloads and select the latest ISO download
   • 3
     Save the file to the desktop.
   • 4
     Download and install a free ISO utility. See the "Resources" section for more information.

   Burn the ISO

   • 5
     Open the ISO utility software.
   • 6
     Open the backtrack .ISO file in the ISO utility.
   • 7
     Insert a blank DVD into the DVD burner
   • 8
     Click the Burn button inside the utility.
   • 9
     Follow any on-screen instructions and let the DVD finish burning.
