The CEH sounds cool, but there are three problems with it:
1. No employers care about it
2. Security is, at best, realistically a stagnating field
3. 90% of the people who get it are fresh out of school and although they are "certified ethical hackers", they know nothing about how security is practiced in an actual workplace nor how other systems work, making them useless as 'hackers'
In regards to the other certifications, your choices look like you took a shotgun and aimed it at a webpage listing possible certs. You have hardware, networking, MS, and Linux in there. Realistically, excepting lower level jobs for small companies, no-one will expect or want you to touch all of those areas.
TBH, the A+ is a silly thing to see on any resume excepting the one you use to get your first IT job because it's all assumed basic knowledge (that said, I recommend you do read the material and possibly get it, because brother you had better know it).
Linux certifications are a bit of an oddball. Very few people are employed specifically to do Linux jobs (though a functional understanding is a good thing to have), making it a bit of a gamble. With it, I say that if you desire to work with Linux systems or have a job where you do work with them it's probably not worth your time. I mean, seeing a guy with 100% Microsoft experience in the workplace posting a resume with a Linux certification tells you that he's maybe not worth hiring as a Linux admin, if you get my drift.
Microsoft is a safe bet if you want to be a systems admin. It's also a good platform to start with if you want to get into things like Exchange, BES... really, most applications...
Cisco is a safe bet if you want to be a network admin.
